Deleting an Account

How to Delete Your Account in the Matty App

1. On the main page of the app, tap on "Records."
2. If your account is created and you are logged in, tap the "Delete Account" button in the top right corner.
   • If you are not logged in, complete any challenge, log in, and then repeat the previous steps.
3. After tapping the "Delete Account" button, you will be redirected to the account deletion page. Fill in the required fields and click "Delete Account." If the fields are filled out correctly, your account will be removed from the database. After your account is deleted, your record, if you had one, will remain in the database. If you wish to delete your record, please contact us at magnilmag55@gmail.com. We will delete your record within 24 hours.
